Shipping Options

Express Shipping
Estimated delivery time: 5-8 business days
Express Shipping is available for customers who would like to receive their order more quickly. While this option is prioritized, delivery times remain estimates and are not guaranteed.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking information may take 24-72 hours to update after the shipment has been processed by the carrier.
Customers are responsible for monitoring their tracking information and ensuring someone is available to receive the package if necessary.
Shipping Delays

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient.
Mimiandpots is not responsible for:
- Lost packages marked as delivered
- Stolen packages
- Deliveries made to unsecured locations
Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly if they believe a delivered package has been lost or stolen.
